Baby Sleep Foundations

The Baby Sleep Foundations module will help you fully understand your new baby’s sleep patterns, showing you how to recognise their various sleep states and identifying body language which will help you tune in to your baby like never before. After almost three decades of helping families get more sleep, I have put together this programme to help you learn about and understand your baby’s sleep needs.

CLIENT POSTNATAL BABY COACHING SERVICES

1-2-1 Online POSTNATAL Consultations

Live online video sessions which can be scheduled with either one or both parents present. These sessions can be recorded if you wish, so that you can replay the advice long after the call has ended. If you have specific areas where you feel you need support or simply want some occasional help and encouragement along the way, these one-to-one coaching sessions are an invaluable resource for new parents.

Private POSTNATAL Coaching

Covering the first few weeks with your new baby, a package of exclusive one-to-one sessions will give you all the information you need to ease your baby into healthy, long term sleep habits while boosting your confidence as a new parent.

One-off home visits can also be arranged in certain areas.

Covering all aspects of newborn care, I focus on
teaching you how to read and understand your new baby,
while building healthy, long term sleep habits along the way.
By steering clear of the common pitfalls which many parents encounter,
I will gently guide you so that your babies ease into a
realistic and flexible routine.

I have over 28 years of experience and have worked with well over
7,000 babies in that time. When my newly pregnant sister-in-law
announced that her first scan had revealed not just one, but
three babies were in there, I chose to do a U-turn with
my career.

After spending several months helping with the triplets, I
began working as a Maternity Nurse, improving and evolving
over the years, offering help as a Daytime Trouble Shooter,
Newborn Coach and Sleep Consultant and, for the past 20
years, as an exclusive, private Postnatal Coach.

I offer both online coaching (globally) and home consultations (locally).
